The National Autistic Society is seeking a part-time Support Worker for Kingsley House in Bideford, Devon. You will help adults with autism live their best lives by following individual support plans and daily routines, in a safe 24-hour environment.
We value a caring, reliable approach and welcome personal experience or a passion for helping others. A driving licence is preferred and DBS checks are discussed with HR.

At Kingsley House, Devon, we provide high quality residential and day services for autistic adults in a specialist 24‑hour, safe and secure learning environment. Our emphasis is on supporting adults with complex needs to fulfil their potential by developing vocational and life skills.
We are looking for caring and reliable Support Workers. Your role is to help people live their best lives by following their support plans and daily routines.
Possession of a driving licence (minimum one year) is preferred
All staff are required to have a criminal background check. Possession of an Enhanced DBS Check either on the Update Service or conducted within the last 12 months would be preferable but not essential.
