Agincare Bourne is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help individuals with learning disabilities thrive in their community. You will provide person-centred care, support daily routines, and build meaningful connections in a warm, values-led team.

We offer up to £12.90 per hour, full training up to QCF Level 5, pension, and development opportunities. A driving licence and right to work in the UK are required to join our supportive, nationwide care provider.

Qualifications

• Experience required (minimum 12 months remaining on right to work in the UK)
• Full UK driving licence required
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK
• Fully funded training up to QCF Level 5

We’re Looking For

• A calm, patient and caring approach with the willingness to learn and build trust
• Experience required
• A team player who values consistency
• A Full UK driving licence
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK

Who You’ll Support

You’ll be supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at our Bourne service to thrive and live as independently as possible. You’ll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences,

You’ll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.
