We are looking for a Support Worker at our Blackburn Road service in Lancashire.

Blackburn Road offers both long and short-term care, including respite breaks for adults with diagnosed mental health conditions. The house is small and homely, providing a calm and tranquil environment for residents to focus on what’s important to them.

What you'll be working:

• Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
• £24,297 per annum
• Night shifts

What you'll be doing:

• Build open and two-way relationships with the people we support
• Support them in their rehabilitation programs
• Establish effective communication methods, reducing barriers when necessary
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care as needed
• Report any issues to the clinical team
• Accurately record work activities

What you'll have:

• A genuine interest in providing person-centered care
• Effective communication skills at all levels
• Experience in care or mental health is advantageous but not essential
• Successful candidates will need to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
