Job summary

Cymonet Alders Clinic is recruiting a Support Worker to join our team at a 20-bed rehabilitation service for women with personality disorder and complex needs. The role offers £13.45 per hour and a flexible learning approach to care for service users, patients, and residents.

You will provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support, learning about individual needs, and assisting with medical and welfare tasks. DBS check is required.

Cygnet Alders Clinic is a 20 bed rehabilitation service providing assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for women with personality disorder and complex needs.

Your Day-to-Day £13.45 per hour

Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all our service users, patients & residents Provide guidance and encouragement through physical & emotional support Learn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required Safeguard Maintain a safe and clean environment for all
