About the role

Are you passionate about making a real difference in people's lives? As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in empowering individuals to live independently, build confidence, and achieve their personal goals—however big or small they may be.

You'll be part of a supportive, collaborative team, working together to deliver person-centred support that truly reflects each individual's needs, preferences, and aspirations. Keeping accurate records and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of those you support will be key aspects of your role.

About you

You'll also be proactive, observant, and comfortable encouraging people to develop their independence and try new things.

Basic IT skills are important, as you'll use digital systems for recording notes, completing training, and staying connected as part of the team. You'll show a commitment to your own learning and development, embracing the training we provide to ensure you feel confident and equipped in your role. Most importantly, you'll be someone who brings positivity, kindness, and respect to every interaction, helping create a safe, supportive, and happy environment for the people who live here.
