We're looking for someone to support us to do the things we love, try new experiences and live life to the fullest.
Every day you’ll help six amazing people—two men and four women aged from their 20s to 70s—each with their own personalities, interests, and goals. Everyone has different needs, including learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, visual impairments and mental health needs, so your support will vary from minimal personal care to occasional shower or pad support. One person uses a wheelchair and a walking aid.
You’ll help with medication, GP appointments, meal prep and encouraging healthy eating. Life here is full of fun: playing pool, caring for guinea pigs, going to the gym, visiting discos, enjoying Disney and Dreamworks (especially Shrek!), joining local clubs, and planning seasonal parties, from Easter egg hunts to Halloween parties. Holidays and short breaks are a big part of life too, and you may join people on trips away, helping to create memories that really matter.
Shift patterns: Range from early (7am - 2:30pm), late (2:30pm - 10pm), and middle patterns (9am - 4:30pm / 10am - 5pm), with up to two sleep‑ins per week and alternative weekend working.
Every day is an opportunity to create impact, joy, and independence for the people we support. Your work, whether direct, or behind the scenes, contributes to unforgettable moments that change lives.
