Ian and Andrew both live within 144 and have lived together for many years within their home. Ian and Andrew both attend day services during the week and days when either are off- both will have 1-1 staffing to access the community- or do activities of their choice. One staff member at all times , and we will have one staff member doing a sleeping night -to support us if we need any support during the night.Staff will support us to attend our Day Services- support with 1-1 support either within the community or within in our home. Will help us both to be more independent within our home- and out in the community.
Our staff team support will us on the support at home framework. I Iike our staff team to treat us with dignity and respect- and too respect our home.
We know it takes a special person to work in social care and we recognise that not everyone that would be perfect for the role, will have professional experience.
