Job summary

SeeAbility in East Hagbourne, Didcot, Oxfordshire, is looking for a dedicated Support Worker to help young adults live fuller, more independent lives. You will support daily routines, plan person-centred activities, build trusted relationships and keep clear records in a warm, caring team.

This is a full-time, permanent role with guaranteed hours. Shifts are 7.00 am–3.00 pm and 2.00 pm–10.00 pm on a rota, you must have a full UK driving licence, and you must be eligible to work in the UK.

Role Description

Support Worker - Make Every Day Matter!

Location: East Hagbourne, Didcot, Oxfordshire

Salary: £13.69 per hour (£26,695 per annum) plus benefits

Hours: 7.00 am - 3.00 pm, 2.00 pm - 10.00 pm (Monday to Sunday on a shift rota basis. Please note, the shifts may vary due to the needs of the people we support)

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Driving Requirement: Manual full UK licence essential

Visa Sponsorship is not available: Applicants must already be authorised to work in the United Kingdom; SeeAbility is not able to provide new work authorisation.
