Job summary

Keys Group in Bedlington is seeking caring individuals to join our Children's Residential team. You will support children and young people in a safe, nurturing home environment and help them build daily routines and independence.

No prior care experience is required as full training, funded qualifications and ongoing support are provided. A positive attitude, resilience and strong communication are essential, with flexibility for shifts and sleep-ins.
