Job summary

Keys Group in Bedlington is seeking a caring Residential Support Worker to help supervise and support children in a home setting. You will assist with daily routines, provide emotional support, and promote independence while modelling positive behaviours.

No prior care experience is required as full training and funded qualifications are provided. A full UK driving licence is required to fulfill duties and travel as needed.

Children's Residential Support Worker
Location: Bedlington
Salary: £13.45 – £14.15 + £3,000–£6,000 sleep-in allowance
Hours: Full-time, 39 hours per week
Driving Licence: Full UK Driving Licence required
