Job summary

Temp All Staffing Ltd is currently recruiting for Support Workers to join our growing team in the region. We have roles in various care settings with flexible day and night shifts to suit your needs. Expect weekly pay and competitive hourly rates of £12.71 per hour.

Qualifications

• Full training provided; at least 6 months' experience in UK care is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of person-centred care to residents.
• Assist with personal care, mobility, and social activities.
• Support residents with dressing and continence care.
• Promote independence, dignity, and respect for residents.
• Assist with medication when required and ensure safe handling.
• Maintain DBS up-to-date and follow care plans.

Job Role

Our support workers will: -

Provide a high level of care to the residents and assist those that require help with:

• Manual Handling and Mobility


• Fluid and Nutritional Intake


• Personal Care


• Dressing


• Continence Care


• Promoting Independence. Choice. Dignity and respect


• Have an in date DBS


• Prompt and assist with medication when required

Education, Skills, and Qualifications

Full training will be offered to successful candidates however, at least 6 month's experience working within a UK Care Role is essential.
