Hoop Nursing and Social Care in Wales is seeking experienced Support Workers to provide exceptional levels of care in the Pontypridd area. You will deliver person-centred support to service users while collaborating with the wider team.

We offer competitive hourly rates with weekly pay, holiday pay, flexible working and immediate bookings. A dedicated consultant will support your onboarding and ongoing placement needs.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 years UK experience in Care.
Experienced supporting those with learning disabilities and complex care needs.
Experienced working in supported living facilities.
DBS on the Update Service.
Registered with Social Care Wales.
Employment references to cover the past 3 years of employment.

Responsibilities
