Job summary

Independence Matters is recruiting Zero Hour Support Workers for the South Personal Assistant Service around Attleborough. You will support customers at home and in the community, helping with personal care, meals, activities, and wellbeing while promoting independence.

No prior experience is needed as we provide full training. A full UK driving licence and DBS clearance are essential, and you will work on a flexible rota to meet clients' needs.

We're looking for Zero Hour Support Workers to join our South Personal Assistant Service. Our service is a community-based service supporting people within their own homes and to community-based activities. Duties may include supporting customers to learning opportunities, volunteering/work placements, leisure opportunities and supporting with their health and wellbeing.

If you're proactive, compassionate, and have a strong sense of purpose, we'd love to hear from you!

No experience? No problem! We'll provide full training to help you succeed.
