Dimensions Ltd are seeking a Support Worker for a part-time role (30 hours) in a warm, welcoming home environment. The role involves assisting five adults with daily living, using hoists as needed, and supporting activities such as music, day services, and trips to local venues.

You will provide personal care with dignity, encourage independence, and help maintain a safe, inclusive home. A full UK/EU driving licence is essential for this position.

Support Worker – PartTime (30hours)

Shift Patterns: 7:00–14:30, 14:30–21:30 + 1 sleep-in per week and alternate weekends required

FULL UK/EU Driving Licence is essential for this role

About the Role

You’ll be joining a warm, welcoming home — a large, accessible bungalow shared by five adults (3 men, 2 women). Each person has their own bedroom and their own personality, routines, and joys.

You’ll be supporting people who:

• Use wheelchairs and requirehoisting

• Have different communication styles and some people who do not use words to communicate

• Enjoy music, day services, trips to the café, and the occasional visit to the pub

This is meaningful, hands‑on support where you’ll help people live full, joyful, and connected lives.
