Dimensions is hiring a dedicated Support Worker in Tadley to assist five adults with learning disabilities and autism in a small, active home. You will support daily activities and promote independence, with a focus on safety and meaningful engagement.

The role includes personal care, medication assistance, and helping residents enjoy activities such as music, crafts and outings. A manual driving licence and cooperative team spirit are essential for this daytime position.

£13.61 per hour+ £50 sleep-ins • Full-time (37.5 hrs)

About the role

You’ll support five adults (three men and two women) with learning disabilities and autism in a friendly, active home. The people you support enjoy music, movies, crafts, swimming, outdoor trips, hands-on cooking and social activities. Your responsibilities will include personal care, medication, manual handling, meal prep, emotional support and maintaining a welcoming environment. You’ll help people build confidence, express themselves and live meaningful everyday lives. We are looking for support workers confident to drive transit sized vehible.

Shift Patterns

• Long Days: 7:30am – 10:00pm
• Sleep-ins: 10:00pm – 7:00am (paid to sleep)
  Rotas are issued in advance to support work-life balance.

About you
