Kent and Medway Mental Health NHS Trust in Maidstone is seeking a Band 3 Support Time Recovery Worker to deliver person-centred, recovery-focused support in the community.
You will work with a multidisciplinary team to help adults with mental health difficulties build independence, coping strategies and access community resources under clinical supervision.

Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide person-centred, recovery-focused support to adults experiencing mental health difficulties. You will help service users build independence, develop coping strategies, access community resources and work towards their personal recovery goals. You will also have the opportunity to deliver psychologically informed interventions under the guidance of experienced Psychologists and Occupational Therapists. To be successful in this role, you will have:
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use (unless exempt under the Equality Act 2010).
