What you are going to do

The Support Team Leader will lead and manage the CSA team, requiring good technical knowledge of financial products (e.g., ISAs, GIAs, pensions) and experience with platforms like Transact and Elevate.

You will understand and add value to client needs by focusing on continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities include providing training, monitoring workflow, managing data quality, preparing reports, overseeing service delivery, reviewing fees, understanding system use, and more.
