Job Title: Completions Support Team Leader

Our client, one of the fastest-growing banks within their sector with offices across England, is looking for a Completions Support Team Leader to join their organization.

The Role:

Working closely with the Head of Home Finance Underwriting, Completions Support Administrators, and Pre-Offer Teams, you will support the smooth transition of Home Finance applications through the process, with specific responsibility for overseeing the completion stage. You will lead and support the team in assessing and managing new business (Post-offer) applications through to completion in Home Finance, within agreed SLAs, while adhering to the bank's Credit Risk, KYC governance, and guidelines.

Key Skills / Experience Needed:

• A sound understanding of both the Home Finance and conventional home finance markets.
• People management skills to lead, develop, and coach a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of the broker market.
• Experience with a mix of business including Buy to Let, complex Buy to Let/Portfolio/HMO/MUFB.
• Knowledge of Know Your Customer, Anti-Money Laundering, Financial Crime Regulations, and Cifas.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Understanding of risk control arrangements.
