Aufgaben

• Provide support to the senior management team, including data analysis, report writing and project work.
• Manage the contact centre and depot admin systems, ensuring timely reporting and contractual obligations are met.
• Ensure accurate data recording and reporting across IT systems (e.g., ECHO) and contract databases.
• Oversee payroll processes for the contract, including overtime, leave and sickness recording.
• Lead, develop and motivate the team to deliver a customer-focused service environment.
