Job summary

Gather + Gather is recruiting for a Support Services Manager to join our team for Currys - Newark - Megabite. This field-based role covers Nottingham to Towcester with paid travel, offering a £40,000 per annum salary and a 5/7 shift pattern, mainly Monday to Friday, 7:00-16:00.

You will oversee a busy catering operation, lead diverse teams, manage budgets, and ensure compliance across service areas, driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Location: Field based covering Nottingham to Towcester with paid travel

Salary: £40,000 per annum

Shift Pattern: 5/7 but mainly Monday to Friday, 7:00-16:00

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a busy B&I catering operation, including a café and full food service offer, serving up to 600 covers per day
• Oversee day-to-day site operations, including site support, administration, finance, and compliance activities
• Manage and oversee cleaning, catering, retail, portering, pest control, and security services
• Ensure service excellence, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across all service areas
• Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Manage budgets and supplier relationships effectively
• Lead and motivate diverse teams to achieve high performance and operational excellence
• Liaise with client stakeholders and site management teams as required
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards
• Support the delivery of company objectives while maintaining high standards across all services
