The post holder will be required to support in the delivery of a comprehensive administrative service. This will involve inpatient and outpatient waiting list management, in accordance with the Patient Access Policy, communicating appointments and admission-related information to patients and carers, and typing correspondence/clinic letters within performance targets as appropriate. The ideal candidate will have administration/secretarial experience along with excellent communication skills.
