Cornerstone is seeking a Weekend Support Practitioner in Buckie to help individuals achieve personal goals and live as independently as possible. The role focuses on weekend shifts with training and development support provided by our team in Highland.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living, personal care, and community activities while promoting dignity and choice. We value compassionate, reliable, and flexible people who enjoy helping others and can learn new systems as needed.

Join our amazing #TeamHighland in Buckie as a Support Practitioner, working primarily at weekends. No previous experience is necessary - we'll provide you with all the training and support you need.

We do ask that you're flexible and able to attend occasional training, support and development sessions and team meetings during the week.

Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and be committed to working towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with the support from our Training Academy.

Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania or Spain) within the last 10 years while over the age of 18, you will be asked to provide a criminal record certificate from the relevant government/police authority as part of our pre-employment checks.

If you're successful in joining our team, we will need you to register with the SSSC within 3 months of starting your employment with us.
