Job summary

Cornerstone (Aberdeen) is seeking empathetic Support Practitioners to join our Team Borders CS in Galashiels. This permanent role offers on-site, flexible hours with both full-time and part-time options.

You will support adults in the Scottish Borders with a range of disabilities and additional support needs, helping them live their lives to the fullest through everyday activities and meaningful choices. Join a friendly team with full paid training and PVG/SSSC support as you grow professionally

Qualifications

• PVG scheme membership is required.
• Commitment to working towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with support from our Training Academy.
• Full paid training; no previous experience required.
• Successful candidates will need to register with the SSSC within 3 months of starting.

Responsibilities

• Support adults in the Borders with a variety of disabilities and additional support needs, helping them to live their lives to the fullest.
• Assist with daily activities, from cooking meals to trying new activities, ensuring moments that matter.
• Be part of a friendly, dedicated team where teamwork makes a difference.
