Job summary

Cornerstone Community Care in Galashiels is seeking a dedicated Support Practitioner to join our Connects Hub on a permanent 35 hours per week contract. No prior experience is required as full training and ongoing support are provided.

You’ll work with a friendly team to support people in the local community, helping them take part in activities, learn new skills and pursue personal goals. A driving licence is helpful but not essential.

• You should be caring, compassionate and willing to learn.
• You will be working as part of a team to support individuals in the community.
