Job summary

Cornerstone in Galashiels is seeking a dedicated Support Practitioner on a permanent 35-hour week. No prior experience needed as full training is provided. You’ll support people to enjoy activities, learn new skills and achieve personal goals within our Connects Hub and the local community.

You’ll build genuine relationships, encourage independence and make a lasting positive impact on people’s lives while working with a friendly, supportive team.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; training and support provided.
• Caring and compassionate approach to supporting people.
• Positive, reliable and enthusiastic mindset is valued.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills are important.
