The Richmond Fellowship Scotland in Castle Douglas is seeking Support Practitioners to assist individuals to live independently at home. Training is provided, including a fully funded SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care.

No prior care experience is required; we hire on values and transferable skills. A UK driving licence for manual vehicles and access to your own car are essential as shifts cover evenings and weekends.

Qualificações

• No prior care experience required; we recruit on values and transferable skills.
• Must have UK Driving Licence for manual vehicles and access to own car.
• Full-time post of 35 hours per week over 7 days with evening and weekend work.
• Conditional offers pending satisfactory references and PVG; must register with SSSC within 3 months.
• Fully funded SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care included.

Responsabilidades

• Support individuals to live as independently as possible in their own homes.
• Assist with medication, general housework, meal preparation and personal care.
• Provide social support, accompany to hobbies/events and participate in hobbies at home.
