The Richmond Fellowship Scotland in Stirling is seeking compassionate Support Practitioners to assist individuals in their own homes with daily living tasks, medication support and personal care.

Qualificações

• Empathetic and caring nature required for supporting individuals.
• Good observation skills to monitor needs and changes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Confidence in using computers and basic digital tools.

• Strong organisational skills for daily tasks and schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Assist individuals in their own homes with daily living activities.
• Provide support with medication and finances as directed.
• Carry out household tasks, meal preparation and personal care.
• Engage in hobbies and activities to promote wellbeing.
• Document and report changes to supervisors as needed.
