Job summary

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is seeking compassionate Support Practitioners to assist individuals living in their own homes in Dunfermline with daily activities, medication support and personal care.

Applicants must hold a full UK manual driving licence and be available for days, nights and shared sleepovers; experience with autism or complex needs is advantageous. The role offers in-house training and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience of supporting individuals with mental health needs.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence in using computers.
• Be able to work well in a team environment and on your own.
• Good organisational skills.
• Full UK manual driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals living in their own homes with disabilities and additional support needs in daily life tasks.
• Assist with medication and finances, housework, meal preparation, cooking and personal care.
• Engage in activities aligned to the people supported, including social and recreational outings.
• Provide compassionate, person-centred care and maintain accurate records.
