The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is hiring a Support Practitioner for roles in Carrbridge. You will assist individuals in their own homes with daily living, including personal care, meals, and budgeting, while supporting their independence and wellbeing.

No prior care experience is required. We provide full training, including an SVQ, and a UK driving license is essential. You’ll join a supportive team with ongoing learning and development.

Qualificações

• Empathy and caring approach is essential.
• Good observation and communication skills.
• Comfort with using computers.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently.
• Organised and reliable.

Responsabilidades

• Assist individuals in their own homes with daily living activities.
• Support with medication, finances, housework, meals, cooking and personal care.
• Engage clients in hobbies and social activities.
