Cornerstone (Aberdeen) is seeking a dedicated Support Practitioner to assist a young lady in Kinross to live independently and participate in daily activities. The role is part-time, on-site, and based in Kinross, UK.

The successful candidate will be caring and patient, able to support a range of activities from socialising to community outings, and will contribute to a meaningful, rewarding role within the team.
