Job summary

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is recruiting a Bank/Support Practitioner to assist individuals in their own homes across Scotland. Training is provided, including a fully funded SVQ, and no care experience is required.

You’ll help with daily living tasks, medication support, budgeting, and personal care while encouraging participation in hobbies and activities. A driving licence is essential, and travel between assignments is expected.

Qualifications

• Empathetic and caring nature.
• Good observation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence in using computers.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Good organisational skills.
• Driving Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in their own homes with daily living, including medication and finances, housework, meal preparation and personal care.
• Support engagement in hobbies and activities, from meals out to gym sessions and group activities.
