Qualifications

• Confident using computers and tablets; able to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare meals and assist with household tasks.
• Support people to attend appointments and manage personal care.
• Assist with medication prompting and daily living activities.
• Encourage participation in hobbies, social activities and community links.
• Promote independence and help people stay connected with friends and family.
