Job summary

Cornerstone Community Care in Perth, Kinross and Blairgowrie is seeking Relief Support Practitioners to fit around your life. You’ll cover holidays and other absences, providing care and building meaningful relationships with those you support.

Join a friendly team with full paid training, flexible shifts and the chance to make a real difference in people’s lives. Shifts include mornings, evenings, weekends and sleepovers, with support to develop your SVQ in Social Services.

Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and be committed to working towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with the support from our Training Academy. Please note - If you have spent more than 12 months out with the UK (excluding France, Germany. Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania or Spain) within the last 10 years while over the age of 18, you will be asked to provide a criminal record certificate from the relevant government/police authority as part of our pre-employment checks. If you’re successful in joining our team, we will need you to register with the SSSC within 3 months of starting your employment with us.
