Cambridge Housing Society is seeking a part-time Young Futures Outreach Support Officer based at Vision Park, Cambridge. You will provide guidance to young people aged 16-25 at risk of homelessness, helping them set personal goals in independent living, coping strategies, tenancy sustainment, employment, education or training, and wellbeing.

The role offers permanent, part-time hours and requires a compassionate, community-minded approach.

Young Futures Outreach Support Officer to provide support and guidance for young people aged 16-25 who would otherwise be homeless.
