This will be achieved by working in a supportive team, supporting colleagues, other Trust services if required, the senior medical administration team, and management to ensure the team provides effective administrative support.

The post involves delivering audio typing support for clinic correspondence using systems like WinScribe. Ensuring timely patient communication, requiring concentration, proofreading, and prolonged typing periods.
The role requires understanding and interpreting medical/legal terms, working with colleagues to ensure proper procedures, and coordinating care plans.
The post is linked to a system supporting departments to manage typing demands during shortages and peaks.
Outputs are measured against performance standards for quality and timeliness.
Act as the liaison between consultants, clinicians, booking teams, and other departments to ensure coordinated care.

Salary: £24,625 to £25,674 per year, pro-rata.
