Qualifications

• Experience of working with children in EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
• Developed understanding of curriculum development.
• Support pupils to access the curriculum within a mainstream class.
• Deliver intervention programmes to groups of children.
• Passion and motivation for improving the lives of all children.
• Excellent relationships with children and a real love of the job.
• Hard-working, positive, ‘can do’ attitude to school life and flexibility.
• Versatility, tact, commitment and ability to use initiative.
• Patient and able to stay calm; listen and value children’s views.
• Work as part of a close-knit team and contribute to its development.
• Ability to strictly maintain confidentiality.
• Experience of some behaviour management techniques.
• GCSE level or above literacy and numeracy with clear communication skills.
