You will be based at our offsite works facilities and carry out a range of tasks to support a start-up team. You'll utilize the required systems and associated practices throughout the project lifecycle to ensure effective delivery of support to the function.

Responsibilities
  1. Tracking, monitoring, and reporting on Temporary Commissioning Aid (TCA)/Fault Observation (FOB) and driving closure.
  2. Collation of Commissioning Work Packages.
  3. Gathering information for Raw Data Files for Commissioning Test Documentation.
  4. Preparing Commissioning Handover Certificates and supporting Handover Packs.
  5. Managing Commissioning Test Documents (CTDs) through appropriate Review Committees.
  6. Performing quality checks of CTD results and Staged Commissioning Reports.
  7. Reviewing Safety Transfer Certificates and supporting lifetime records.
  8. Maintaining awareness of training / SQEP status of the commissioning team.
  9. Updating and maintaining Commissioning tracking systems for accurate records and audits, including configuration drawings, FOBs, TCAs, CTDs, etc.
  10. Monitoring and updating the training/SQEP status of the Start-Up team, including contractors, and prompting necessary training.
  11. Understanding the vision, goals, and strategies to deliver the Start-Up Programme to support successful project delivery.
  12. Sharing Lessons Learned & Cross Project Communications.
  13. Inputting progress into the Plant Test Schedule for performance monitoring.
  14. Monitoring and tracking escalations and actions.
  15. Preparing weekly/monthly project reports for commissioning activities.

Ideally, you possess an NVQ Level 3 in an engineering (or related) subject, hold a valid safety qualification, and are willing to undergo security clearance.
