We are seeking two Business Support Coordinators to assist various teams across Public Health.
As a Business Support Coordinator, you will be a vital part of our versatile support team, assisting with governance and financial management across different service areas.
You should have experience in high-level administration, note-taking at formal meetings, managing multiple demands, working under tight deadlines, and taking responsibility for your workload. We value a positive, flexible approach, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, and self-motivation.
Your daily tasks will be varied; you might arrange meetings and coordinate actions one day, and problem-solve or collate information the next. We encourage you to reach out to our team for an informal chat about the role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hybrid tools like Microsoft Teams is essential.
This is a full-time role with a hybrid working arrangement, requiring at least one day per week in the office.
