We are looking for a caring, dynamic and highly motivated person to join the team as a Support Coordinator in our Chorley Supported Living Services. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our well-established team, which supports individuals with learning disabilities.
You must have skills in positive communication and engagement and will be able to demonstrate unconditional regard for the people we support. You will also have skills in needs assessment and proactive risk management, ensuring support planning promotes an active and fulfilling life with a 'can do' approach.
The role involves some off-rota time to support service management. It offers opportunities for personal and career development, with good conditions of service and a supportive management culture.
Applicants must have a clean, current driving license and access to a vehicle, as travel around the Doncaster area is required.
