Waythrough is seeking a Specialist Intervention Coach to monitor, develop and share best practices across staff teams, ensuring staff are equipped to handle broader challenging support needs.

Location: Blackpool Light Lounge, 259 Whitegate Drive, Blackpool, FY3 9JL
Working Hours: 37 hours per week. The service is open 10am-10pm Monday - Sunday. A typical week would look like 9:30am-5:30pm Monday - Thursday, 9:30am-5pm on a Friday. However, flexibility is required to work outside of the typical hours, due to service need.
Contract Type: Fixed Term - Maternity Cover until 01/09/2027
Salary: £25,877.80 - £34,240.03 per annum. Please note that due to this post being maternity cover, the start date is expected to be in January 2027. Please note: The salary listed reflects the full earning potential for this role. Starting salaries depend on experience and progression within the band.
