Job summary

Sanctuary Group in Birkenhead is seeking a Bank Support Assistant to join our disability service at 7 Cardigan Avenue, Birkenhead CH41 4NH. You will deliver hands-on, high-quality support and help customers develop daily living skills, promoting social inclusion and independence.

Work with agencies on behalf of customers, advocate when needed, maintain a safe environment and follow required regulations. NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it, plus proficient IT

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it.
• Caring, approachable nature.
• Excellent communication skills to build positive relationships with customers, families and agencies.
• Experience working effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide a hands-on, high-quality support service
