Job summary

Kate Spade New York in Portsmouth is seeking a Sales Support Associate to ensure an organized, customer-ready store by managing deliveries, stock, and daily floor replenishment.

You will handle price changes, maintain cleanliness, and support shrinkage goals while delivering exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment and promoting Kate Spade's brand experience.

  • Support floor moves and keep shelves stocked throughout the day.
  • Execute price changes and markdowns as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization across floor and stock areas.
  • Audit shrinkage and contribute to loss-prevention goals.

The Sales Support Associate ensures an organized, efficient, and customer-ready store by managing deliveries, maintaining accurate stock, and supporting daily floor replenishment and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and process inbound deliveries promptly; monitor and prioritize daily workload.
  • Organize and maintain accessibility of merchandise in stockroom and selling floor.
  • Maintain knowledge of stock levels, unit counts, and sales performance.
  • Support floor moves and ensure selling floor is consistently stocked throughout the day.
  • Execute price changes and markdowns as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization standards across selling floor, stockroom, and offsite/warehouse.
  • Audit compliance and work toward achieving shrinkage goals.

Qualifications / Requirements
  • Previous retail service experience; passion for retail and the service industry.

  • Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong English language proficiency. (for EU)

Base Pay Range:

£26,325.00 - £28,000.00

The salary range shown represents the full-time equivalent base pay for this position at the time of posting, in line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive. For part-time roles, the salary will be pro-rated based on contracted hours. Actual compensation will be determined using objective, job-related criteria.
