A support assistant is required to help the community case worker to carry out their job role and work to their potential. Without this support, workflow is impacted, errors can be made and not identified due to visual impairment. CCW is unable to attend service users’ homes to carry out home visits and assessments without support from an assistant. You will be required to support with some IT tasks, scan documents, provide proof reading support to check assessment forms that have been completed correctly. Scan relevant information and relay this to the CCW and scan task notes.
