Llamau Limited in Bridgend seeks a dedicated care worker to support young people with complex needs across two Bridgend projects. The role involves creating trusting relationships, promoting independence, and maintaining a safe living environment, with responsibilities including safeguarding and accurate record-keeping.

The successful candidate will split hours between the two projects (23.5 hours x 2), working as part of a supportive team to deliver a consistently high-quality service.

• Respond to safeguarding concerns and ensure clear communication and accurate recording of information.

This role supports young people with complex needs by building trusting relationships, helping them work toward their goals, and promoting independence through day-to-day guidance.
You’ll maintain a safe, clean and welcoming living environment, manage routine housing and safety tasks, and ensure clear communication and accurate recording of information.
