Job summary

SGS seeks a Transformation Management Lead to steer a global ERP transformation implementing Oracle Fusion across regions. You will lead the ERP Transformation Management Office (TMO) and translate Finance strategy into deployment, adoption and value realization.

You will align ERP deployment with the Finance TO-M, manage governance, risk and stakeholder engagement, and drive standardized processes in a multi-country environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership in Finance Transformation or ERP programs.
• Experience leading global ERP transformations, ideally Oracle Fusion.
• Experience in Shared Services/GBS environments.
• Knowledge of Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global ERP Transformation Management Office (TMO).
• Drive the Oracle Fusion transformation roadmap.
• Ensure alignment with Finance Target Operating Model.
• Coordinate with IT, regional stakeholders and partners globally.
• Governance across all program workstreams.
