Job Description:

Role Overview: We have an exciting opportunity to join the Logistics team as a Supply Team Leader for the Clothing Stores. You will be responsible for the distribution, handling, and stock control of clothing and materials, working alongside Serco and RAF colleagues to meet daily operational targets.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage stock and storekeeping activities
• Coordinate clothing pick-ups with staff
• Ensure the section is properly resourced, including managing holiday requests
• Supervise Clothing Stores staff and handle escalations professionally
• Participate in out-of-hours standby duties with on-call payments and overtime

Requirements:

• Team player with excellent customer service skills
• Basic IT system proficiency
