Administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting will also be part of your responsibilities.

You’ll manage the recruitment for your store with support from your Regional Manager and Store Support Centre colleagues. Creating a positive work environment, training, and supporting employees are key parts of your role. Our mission is to help customers ‘See More and Be More’ by providing tailored eyecare and eyewear solutions to maximize their visual potential and lifestyle.

Although the hours are advertised, we are open to discussing flexible working options to suit your needs, whether fitting around the school run or a compressed week.

  • Support colleagues with strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and rapport-building skills to translate technical terminology for patients.
  • Attention to detail in maintaining accurate customer records, prescriptions, and requirements.
  • Teamwork across the store including Eye Care Professionals, Optical Assistants, and Management.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Confidence, passion, drive, and enthusiasm.

  • Conduct training and coaching to ensure team members perform at their best and align with our mission.
