Job summary

Educate Group in Flintshire and surrounding areas is seeking enthusiastic Supply Teaching Assistants to support pupils across multiple schools. You will work closely with teachers to deliver lessons, support students one-to-one or in small groups, and help create a positive learning environment.

Ideal candidates enjoy variety, are flexible, and value ongoing consultant support. This role offers opportunities for long-term placements and flexible schedules to fit your availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 days a week.
• Experience working with children (school setting) desirable.
• Enhanced DBS on update service or willing to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage behaviour effectively.

• A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant) – desirable but not essential
• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to manage behaviour effectively
