Randstad Education is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support pupils in local schools across the area. Flexible long-term and daily supply roles available to suit your lifestyle.

You will assist teachers with lesson delivery, work 1:1 or in small groups to boost literacy and numeracy, support pupils with SEN, and help create an inclusive, safe learning environment. DBS check and right to work in UK are required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people (schools, nurseries, youth work, care, or coaching).
• Patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to learning support.
• Strong communication skills and a good command of English and Maths.
• Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
• Right to work in the UK and reliable transport links to schools in your area.
