Flourish Education is seeking confident and experienced Supply Teachers to work across a range of welcoming Primary Schools in Tewkesbury. We have a variety of day-to-day, short-term and long-term supply opportunities available, offering flexibility to suit your availability and preferences.

As a Supply Teacher, you will deliver high-quality teaching across different year groups, following existing lesson plans where provided, and maintain continuity of learning in the absence of the usual class

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required.
• Previous experience teaching within a Primary School setting.
• A good understanding of the Primary National Curriculum.
• Experience teaching across different primary year groups.
• The ability to adapt confidently to different classroom environments and school routines.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to maintain high expectations for behaviour.
• A flexible, patient and adaptable approach to teaching and learning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• The confidence to work independently and use your own initiative.
• A proactive and professional approach to supporting children's learning and development.
• A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing.
